Is it me of the textures are low res and look like complete shit , even on high ? Dunno , i just reached Eden Prime and......ugh it doesn't exactly look spectacular. It runs good though , even on my old rig (@ 1366 x 768 on my HDTV) so i guess that i shouldn't complain but Bioshock was running almost as good and was looking much better.
The game does look fun though. I love the space/sci fi setting and the RPG elements seems interesting and that's coming from someone who is not exactly a RPG guy. On the other hand , the shooting mechanic is crap and look half assed but i only played 20 minutes so i guess that i should wait a bit before passong judgement. I'm also fresh from GTA 4 and it's shooting/cover system so i will now have to get used to the sub par ME FPS aspect.

Galaxy may be crack related, as for saving games it apears to happen also to people with registered ME on official forums. Issue appears to have something to do with people having game installed on different partition (maybe hard disk?) than their system. Probably xp issue.

Actually, quick saving and saving from the menu worked perfectly for me at the beginning.... until i reached the citadel, from then on only auto-save worked.. no more quick saves.

Same with reloaded crack. Click cancel and play. Anyone confirm galaxy map works with rld crack?

This is some kind of renamed p2p shite. Scene don't use this kind of naming. So I guess it's just the same old crack.

could you actually stop the -"buy this game if you like it" crap? we're on nforce...
so far i'm liking it. Nice crisp visuals - tho ,sometimes the lights & grain effects are not so good for my eyes but anyway.. I would liked it better if was more dynamic- with more action going on- but that's me and my love for the action rpgs..
I'have not reached the star map- but the save problem is present here, let's hope for a solution soon.. (i hope it won't require starting anew..)

Although the 'stolen' part may arguably be attributed to Detonation, Reloaded must also be given the 'bad.crack -etc.' NUKE since they insist that the crack is theirs. It's the crack causing the problems. Several colleagues I know who have bought the game assure me that they can use the galaxy map and save in Citadel. When either crack is installed they cannot save in Citadel or use the galaxy map.
