The game uses real-time cutscenes instead of pre-rendered ones, wouldn't surprise me if it's small. Bioshock was only ~4 GB as well.

pars are up. I ran one thru quickpar and it says there should be 39 rar files, so I guess it's complete.
abgx.net says it should be 74 files tho :-/
