There are some minigames and side distractions in GTA4 too btw. Pools, bowling, dart, arcade. Also strip joints, cabaré and comedy clubs. Getting drunk at pubs/restaurants, 50 jumps, 200 flying rats, etc. There is still plenty to do. |
I'd like to see a new GTA game combine the experiences you have in GTA IV and previous games. For example, in GTA IV you can take a cab somewhere if you don't want to drive yourself. It would be nice if you could go to the gym and specify for how many hours you would like to work out and it would skip te workout itself. That way you have still the RPG element of upgrading your skills, but without the 'hassle' of having to do dumb minigames like pressing one button a hundred times.
I do think the customization and skill possibilities of SA added a nice feel to the game, but I'd like to see it implemented in a way that is more 'accesible'. For example, by sprinting in SA you also upped your 'running speed' levels etc.

But without the "hassle" you wouldn't have the RPG element at all, it may as well just start everyone pumped. Would be a pointless and silly idea.
