Hey skidrow I've managed to get rid of this message and understand the problem! You see each file has one primary stream. Some times crappy apps add another stream to the file. Now the primary stream is the file you see and want to use but the second stream is hidden and usually weighs about 4-8kbs. While copying a dual streamed file from NTFS (multiple streams are possible only in NTFS) to FAT/FAT32 you get a question: "Do you confirm a stream loss?" Of course saying 'yes' is ok since the secondary stream is gone when you copy to a non-ntfs partition.
Anyway the solution for this is this great tool: ftp://swftp.isgeo.kiev.ua/NTFSInfoSetup.exe
If it bothers you as much as it bothered me, download this tool that will allow you to eliminate the multiple streams you have in a file thus eliminating this damn message!
If you still need explanation on this PM me.
