When I installed WINXP SP2 I encountered a very disturbing bugg with my media player. When I play a movie, and press the "play-bar", to fast forward in the movie, the sound is automatically set to maximum.

Anyone else got this?

codec packs are viruses Wink! I would suggest reinstalling all of your codecs (use stand alone builds, they're much less likely to hold spyware, if your clever anyway Wink!)..

or you could just uninstall SP2, it is a rather stupid upgrade anyway.

*double clicks on program exe*

Windows: OMG YOU CLICKED TEH EXE! WUT TO DO?! eRMm.. YOU WaNt To run DIS?

.. its amazing how dumb M$ think its users are.. then again..

Reinstall your audio driver. Could be a solution.
