... not arcade ones , a game that will give me a free roaming car experience ... driving in a park wile the wind plays gently with the leaves , on a beach wile the sound of the sea calms you down , graphics are not important

so no lets start

If graphics don't matter, try Car & Driver. You'll need a 386 or better with at least 4mb ram Smile I used to have hours of fun just cruising down the interstate.

If I'm serious, I think Test Drive Unlimited is the only acceptable "driving game" as opposed to "racing games". If there are others I'm unaware of I'd like to know.

Oh, Rigs of Rods is very interesting.

Yeah Carmageddon was fun too, I overlooked that as I didn't have a PC at that point. Maybe still a little old for people here though...

Carmageddon 1, or even better 2 (but not 3!) all the way. You won't ever need another driving game after those 2. They're beyond timeless, especially carma 2.

Need For Speed 2! Not Special Edition. Just type in the cheatcodes and drive with the slow ai cars. I loved driving around.

Project Torque was fun until I found out you have to hand over real money in order to progress. Good physics and the other players were good enough not to cause mayhem.

I almost forgot http://www.3dfahrschule.de/uk_index.htm. Learn to drive Euro-style!! Quite entertaining...
