That cut is too short for a ceasarian. It's like 10cm. A caesarian is at least twenty and more located on the center (and lower). It looks more like a scar from an appendix-removal, but one that wasn't done very well, and wasn't treated properly.

I think it's one bra, but two differently colored straps (the pink one is to help support so it stays up).

I don't think so, I have a bra like that with the same sorts of straps. Mine are clear and meant to be invisible. They are ok to go out with but you wouldn't want to use one for a photo shoot. You can tell because of where the strap it. It is in a lifting position. It is a padded bra thing.
