Fortunately mine's too young to notice posters and trailers (yeah, no TV for him) so it's only 'ratty movie!' (Ratatouille) and 'little cars!' (Cars) here

This exactly that one thing that I don't get. WTF germans dubbed every single movie ?
Subs is not enough ? Or Germans are just to lazy for it ? Wink

Beats me man. Coming from Sweden I was used to have EVERYTHING subtitled, ok maybe not small kiddie films like Cinderella and stuff.

Its the same in France, Spain and Italy I think. Here in Germany it's big business as TV is the same. Simpson's to X-files, you named it, it's dubbed.

Aye ... can't really see a point of dubbing everything. Aye ok I don't mind dubbed cartoons and stuff (sometimes they are even better than original one) but come on xfiles / simpsons ? Can't u imagine D.Duchovny saying : "Ich will zu glauben" (I translated it myself so all grammar nazis plz die... ) meaning : "I want to belive" ? It would ruin the enterie movie for me... Would love to see a Godfather in german ... oh boy that would be it ...

I, soooooooo, want to watch this movie, is the scene asleep?
Wanted and Wall-E premiered on the same day, there is already a zillion versions of Wanted, where the hell is Wall-E...

damn Americans, that's why the entire world hates you, you get everything first and you get it all for yourself...

if I believed in curses, I would put a curse on you.

well, guess that 3 minute clip turned my mind upside down. I can notice the obsession in me rising.

Where do you live in Europe for it to cost only €150 for a plane ticket to the US ?

Here you can go for like less than 50€ (you have to pay boarding fair) if you have collected enough points on Diners, or American Smile
EDIT: I saw trailer, and that robot is sooo cute!! I have to see this... guess I'll had to wait 15 more days or so...

Nothing can't beat good old Johnny 5.
For some odd reason I remember that I had been watching Short Circuit 2 a hundred times but never watched the first part ... probably at that time I thought that it was the only part Smile

Saw this in theaters, god it was fucking amazing. It was cute/adorable and funny.

What's even funnier is the flat out truth how fat and lazy this world is getting. Everything is getting designed to make the human do less work.
