I just bought the Limited Edition and i have to say it's a must have. The Edward Carnby toy is very well designed and very detailed, the art book it's just wonderful and the package itself it's eye-candy. Hope the game is at least pleasant.

After activation it checks the DVD also upon every start of the game. It's not like Mass Effect, activate and play without the DVD inside. Actually it better like this because you can revoke the activation upon uninstall. On Mass Effect you install the game 3 times and that's it, you need another key from EA.

The gamers scene should work more together with the software scene, the activation would already been cracked and this is not a joke.

how would the gamers scene be any use in reversing the copy protection? after all that would be the first step...
im presuming you mean gamers scene as the 'modding community' ?

think he means the gamers scene as in VITALiTY and RELOADED and the pc app software groups as in CORE, AGAIN, EDGE etc..

the arteams 'information' was a loose collection, no tools came from it apart from some scripts, so their 'coverage' of securom was weak at best... similar in many ways to their 'tool' for safedisc 4.6.. at best i'd describe both as incomplete.. some information sure, but not enough content to merit their 'ownage' boasts..
as for the scene cracking.. you'd be surprised.. its considerably harder now to differentiate between what team cracked what these days...
if both worked together then there may be progress on some stages, but i can't see it happening..

and thats what exactly is the cancer these days. I read the collection but came to the same point that the instructions is kept short as possible to don't give someone the chance to reproduce or improve the procedure. Sentences like "i saved you the part of tracing .. blabla" and so on will make you stick on the target.

It looks bad, period.  4096xAA and 8192xAF doesn't make a game look shit->good (they do however good->amazing).

you are an experienced user see you at wodmn forum. What you mean is how would the gamers scene profit from the reversing? I thought it would be all about competetion. Maybe you missunderstod me, i meant the gaming scene as = razor, deviance flt, e.g I don't know but you think after the arteam complete owning manual of securom 7.3 the protection is rly the pain in the ass? Sorry me isnt experienced with 7.3 wrong forum ffs.
