I think the game is delayed again. Amazon says "This item will be released on July 29, 2008". I think this is the 3rd delay.

you are right, the game is now on track for 29 july, but i dont believe that date either!

There is no FlatOut 3, its something like FlatOut 2.1 with better GFX, 12 Players and Powerups in Multiplayer.
So its called the Ultimate Carnage

I don't know because I don't have it. But the other FlatOuts also were multi-language (english, french, german, italian, spanish). So we can hope.

Like a few other titles released in Germany won't it have modifications such as dummies instead of human drivers and such? - I think the original Flatout did this in the German edition but I'm unsure how it will be for this version.

You're right, but that's no prob. When the US-version is released you only have to replace a .bfs-file to make it uncut.
