I am having a hard time adjusting to our heat wave. We have had a poor summer thus far, and now it is hot. I welcome the summer, but it is an adjustment.
I find Chinup to be right, except I take a cold shower and lay on my couch till I am sleeping, then I wake up at some point and crawl into my bed.

Small talk about the weather hey 
In Germany its been like 34-36c that last 4-5 days. Had to unOC my PC as the temps where just to high for my taste (around 45-48c) 
Today is more like 21c so I am back @ 4GHz again (37c idle)

and martian, if you take a cold shower, you will be more hot after the effect off the shower has worn off
take a steaming hot shower (based on taking a cold shower when its cold so you will be warmer) |

Hot summer yes! Here in Slovenia, was last 5 days average 34 degrees during the day, and damn 28 at night. Luckily, I was at the seaside, where tge temperature is the same as "inside" the country, but the air is different down there.
Today...huh, 4 stroms already. But now it's better, when outside is raining a little bit.
