valve pisses me off.
How can they take so fucking long on these hl 2 addons?
had they been released in 6 month intervals like they said they would it would have all been fine, but this is getting ridiculous.

I don't think Episode 2 was the best part of HL2 series gameplay wise, but it was definitely the best looking!
The intro with the Citadel in the background was amazing.

Source engine is getting updated
Episode two engine was an updated one and looked pretty decent , better than the old ones anyway
and I bet they won't screw it all up in their Final episode.

Correct. It was awesome in fact. Alyx getting ganked and her dad too. The power of the Advisors and fighting striders with the car. Man, that was loads of pure fun.

I wonder why in the preview trailer they've shown alyx attached on a very high edge and about to fall
but it didn't happen in the game , perhaps in EP3 perhaps never I'm good either way

Play Ep2 with the developer commentary enabled and it will be explained, basically they changed that scene into the current beginning sequence as they weren't happy with it.
