Requirements :
1) it must be free. And I mean ONLY free, not even an option of becoming a "full member"
2) it must have absolutely NOTHING to do with real money. Only virtual money/tokens, not even an option for real money
3) it must be kinda deep, with rankings, tournaments etc, not just some standard java card game
Plz make suggestions !

Well you have partypoker... You need only to sign up, and you get like 1000 tokens or so...

since one of the main aspects of poker involves money ide say the requirements u listed will make it near enough impossible to find a game like that.

I've never understood the whole gambling for fake money idea.
People make crazy and stupid bets not for strategy, but just cause there is nothing to lose.
Takes away the entire feeling of the game.
I'd play for real money - but I live in the land of the free - the good ole' USA. And in the land of the free, I'm not allowed to gamble online - we've been banned from it. Well, not so much we've been banned from it, but the companies are not allowed to make out checks to US accounts and the banks are barred by law from cashing them.
Anyway, I used to enjoy PokerRoom way back when, but that has real money tournaments so I guess it falls off your list 
I can never be free, because the shackles I wear can't be touched or be seen.

Recovering gambling addict I take it?
Finding a place that has nothing to do with real money may not be possible. The only reason why the places have a free option is to encourage people to play for real money someday. Also if my assumption is correct that you once had a gambling problem then its best to even avoid the game as it may lead you into temptation. How long will it take for you to look at the amount of tokens that you've won and think "Boy I'm good I should do it for real money and just play a few games... just a few" You know where that would lead....
Hopefully my assumption is wrong however.

Theres always Texas Hold'em on Xbox live. Although you can play for live points.

try pokerstars.com
You have free chips only tables. You can get 1500 or was it 1000 everytime you lose. You can get a 3 refills every hour. So if you suck really bad, you wait another hour and get more chips (this can be repeated).
You also have free tournements, in which you can actually win real money. You only have to beat like 20k people 
And there are "token" matches in which you can win like milions of tokens. They keep stats online, so I think this is your safest bet.

You can try Texas Hold'em poker on FaceBook. You can play tournaments or money games, and you also got a simple ranking system.But the game is a bit clumsy and not so comfortable. But it's not bad overall.
