So much film on Iraq yet nothing much on Afghanistan. Iraq even has the guy who made 'The Wire' making a mini series about it.
Any suggestions for documentary war films in and around Afghanistan?
I'm mostly interested in the current NATO/ISAF conflict, but some good Soviet vs. Afghanistan/Muhajadeen movies would ok too. Something similar to The Battle of Algiers but set during that conflict. I might also be interested in seeing a movie about the 'during Taliban' times, but nothing nut jobby and right wing ofc 
BTW, already seen Rambo III, haven't gotten around to watching 9 rota yet.
Oh, and I know about The Kite Runner which I haven't watched but at least comes in HD 
But yeah, I'm stoned and I got off topic. I'm really mostly looking for movies/google videos made/set during the current conflict.
