LMFAO!! My desire for this game just went up 20%. Those screens look awesome! Definitely better than the same, tired, trailer we've been shown over and over.

Btw no one believe the 3D hype shit bout how its better FPS styles

The only reason they made it first person is so it can be on consoles.

From the screens I must say game looks interesting and quite atmospheric, a bit of half-life 2 feel to it which is super.
The models look so much like the ones from oblivion though, they just replaced the fantasy clothing with post-apocalyptic fashion Razz And trimmed the pointy elven ears.

Well i have to say, the game actually looks like Oblivion with guns Laughing
I mean they even have the same "get out of the cave and see world presentation" intro.

As someone mentioned, it was obvius that they would turn the game in to a FPS shooter with rpg elements considiring they are releasing it on the Xbox.
There´s no way they would get as much attention if it was a turnbased game as the old ones.

I will probably try it out when it gets released, but i will probably get pissed of at all the similarities with Oblivion.

I for one am looking forward to it to. I love the Apocalypse art... But expect it to be a diamond in the rough as their last game was. but once the modders get their hands on it it will become a gem ... just like oblivion..

I do wonder what the feedback will be though... As from what I've seen I think it could go both ways?

It will be one of those games you either adore and love or hate with all your guts.

That could easily be fake though, right?

Nothing wrong with Space Siege! Not great by any means, but a lot of fun nevertheless. While we speak of Fallout 3. I'm not going to diss it until I've tried it. I think it looks interesting.

Fallout 3 will sell millions and most of them will enjoy it. Don't let some idiots that are stuck in 1997 tell you otherwise. If you won't like it, fine. I am sure you liked plenty of games I think suck.. but that's your right.

Those screens are awesome and I can't wait for this game. I just can't play the old Fallouts anymore so something new will be great.

Didn't bother with Space Siege. Even if it was shallow and shit, I would definitely have played and probably enjoyed it if movement was done with the keyboard.

Anyway, what's with Fallout 3's enemy AI? It seems like they'll just charge at you while firing guns.

Damn, started playing F2 to wet my beak in anticipation for nr 3. Must say some games are better left buried and forgotten. Was very cumbersome to get used to the interaction of the world, the whole turne based system which I didnt like at all and the whole walking in grids thing.
Will try Fallout Tactics...

Fallout 2 is the best game ever.

But Fallout Tactics might fit you, it can be played in real time but action points till matter.

I just thought of something. Why not child killing in Fallout 3? Wasn't child killing possible on Fable? And that game was a huge success and not much has changed in our world since the release of Fable.

I'm pretty sure they were immortal in Fable (You can still hit them but it doesn't do anything and just increases your bounty.)

As for Fallout 3 I'm not sure but I think a preview mentioned that while there are children they can't be killed as they run away while also alerting other NPC's.
(Probably increases bounty high enough for other NPC's to try and kill you.)

I guess that "quest essential" tag is also in Fallout, gave NPC's a crown icon in Oblivion and made it so you could only knock them out, thankfully a little INI alteration fixed that. Smile
(Martin Septim isn't getting up this time.)

EDIT: This isn't about children just to clarify but you could have sex in Fable (Your wifes, a certain quest NPC and a few prostitutes. / This is also in Fable2 with a few X360 achievements to earn.) but in Fallout 3 the prostitute in Megaton thinks you're still too young. (I believe it's mentioned that you're 19 years old in F3.)
