Welcome to the world of piracy -- and now you see why people detest DRM.

Can someone tell me how to get to mission 8 with a keyboard. You are suppose to go up right but you either go right or up as there are missions in both those directions.
I figured it out: To get to 8 just move from 6 to 5 then back to 6, on the way back to 6 pres up and right at the same time and hold it and then the copter get back to six it will continue to 8.

Not likely. If it was on Steam, it would almost certainly still be using Securom.

@ Cedge
maybe if they released it on steam if it was unprotected someone was able to do an extracted of the caches files. anyway is not a good news if it is only avayable for digital download on steam or others sites no matter if it have also the AITD protection. this only mean that piracy for pc games will go to die soon definitively if producers oblige people to use internet connection to download, to install and to play their games

It doesn't matter. It'd still be using the same Securom protection, even on Steam (a Capcom representative confirmed this would have been the case). It's be the same as all the other download versions.

I think that is what they are trying to do,
and really wanting to do.
I'm very disappointed it was not released on steam,I was planning to buy it.

mmmmmmmm im a little confused right now
This f*cking proteccion system, how much could take for crack it? 4moths 5 moths? 7?
Maybe the enough time to the company "recuperate the lost money for the pirated games lost.."
And now, i see something like all the new games is gonna have this proteccion system
And what ? the new idea is "with this proteccion we cannot play any pirated game on the pc anymore" ?? on my head i see the image of 400000000000000 fat pppl on fron of the pc "cracking" this bullshit in 5m
Or maybe the pirates cant expend 15$? come on,... i think they are just "disapointed" whis this crap"ing" games like Alone in the dark, and this remake with 12 lvl and no more of 3hs of gameplay, yeah i will not say the game isnt funny because actually it is but... i dont know just i think that, they are desepointed or "not inspired" for this games
When S.F Iv or another "popular" game comes out, like Brothers in arms hell high way , supously to "come out" with this proteccion ¿ who many ppl here think we are unable to play it because the proteccion ? dont make me laugh
Sorry for my english, but i think "the idea" is on the post

For those of you who already have and are currently playing, I have a question.
What are the keyboard/mouse controls, are they re-configurable, and if not, do the controls provided feel good? In other words, do you have to be acrobatically inclined to play with keyboard?
Thanks...

controllers are j,k,l (u,i for chancing weapon) and arrow keys for moving. U can reconfigure them all you want, and u don't even have to enable a controller just press the key and it will recognize it.

I am SO glad I didn't buy this game and chose to try the demo beforehand. I was about *this* close to buying either the 360 or the D2D-PC version yesterday. I'm glad I didn't.
The arm mechanics are awful! Far too complex for a game where the screen is often filled with guys shooting at you -- especially seeing as you can't adjust the swinging once you've "ascended" so to speak.
Secondly, and this is absolutely CRITICAL; NO JUMP BUTTON!? Thanks, but no thanks.

Because people don't like DRM .. and their downloads are loaded with it.

for bioshock they have put DRM also into the steam version for example. so they can put it also on steam if they want. it's no matter. games that required a connection to be downloaded, installed, validate online and to play are incrackables almost all. and this is that that companies would to do oblige users to use a connection to make working games in single and multi. this is also for steam games anyway.

yes it's cracked by VTY from now but there is also the steam release that was protected with DRM at the same way like the retail. this mean that producers if they want can put DRM also on steam no matter. there is no difference with D2D. both are services of digital delivery to download games and the only difference is that D2D have not a own client and it don't get updates for games like for steam
