meh, what good is open world when you have walls n, fences right at end of asphalt and during whole race.
Porsche had far better and more varied tracks, fuck up and you end in lumber mill.

Fuck, Grid screwed arcade racing for me! Now I have to drive in dashboard view (with a pretty dashboard). Now I just can't control the car from outside view, and empty incar view looks too empty...  |

Well... I have to struggle to find something good in all this, because this damn gameplay video has destroyed all my excitement. For fuck's sake...
But... The scenes look exotic... They've got rid of the "let's make the whole town industrial and use brown, grey and orange all over" and added seas, trees and highways and all that...
Yeah, that's the only good thing I can find in that video. I couldn't stand watching more than 15 seconds.

lol like many others in this thread I also played a NFS game after GRID. I replayed Wanted and couldn't get through it lol. running into things at 200+ km/hr didn't even dmg my car or flip it lol. it was so disappointing. . .

Ive loved the early NFS series, Hot Pursuit.
I hate the Drift/City racing maps, I love Mountains / Forests mixed with buildings.
I hope this is alot like NFS 3, I loved being able to be a COP in the old series.

The main thing about NFS: Undercover is that EA know they made a complete poo with NFS: ProStreet. They've even dumped drifting and dragracing (hooray) to focus on driving in NFS: Most Wanted style plus the damage system they've lifted from ProStreet to finally make it possible to total your (or others) car(s). No silly minigames or annoying drifting tournaments, just racing in an open world.

Well, about that totaling your car, check the trailer. This guy's driving like mad on the highway, ramming other vehicles, crashing into walls etc without totaling...

First Impression from French Review
- Totaly Arcad Game ( Wohh what a surprise )
- Story is about : Infiltrated GANG
- Movie / intro with real Actor.
- Environnement : City in Palm Harbor, mountain in Gold Coast , sea in Cost Port Crescent and Sunset Hill ( Rural > dont know word in english :/ )
- Environnement/Zone are join by Highway
- No Real-time weather
- They saw one MOde : Highway Battle > pursuit 1vs1 on highway
And an another one : Cops vs you. > better feeling
They also said that GFX engine is pretty the same than NFS pro street.
Well , nothing realy good to me , hoping Pursuit with cops will be fun .
Oh i forgot , car may almost totally destroyed but it does not affect the driving ( that bad)

bullshit, ran fine on my 8800 gts 320 mb @ 1920*1200 full detail.
