Both Fallout's, Red Alert (the first one), Metal Gear Solid 3 (Snake Eater, reminds me o 007 movies), probably there are many other good (or even better) ones but that's all i can think of now.
Seconded. I remember the first time I saw the intro (on PS2), my jaw was on the floor.
Too bad the (aka Onimusha 4) was so lame. Capcom hired a different CG studio to do it, and it looked really cheap in comparison to the masterpiece from Onimusha 3. I mean, it's not really horrible on it's own, I guess, but it just looks far more like typical run-of-the-mill videogame intro CGI, compared to 3's Hollywood-caliber epic, which was as good as anything Blizzard ever did.
Warcraft III for example, has amazing intros for every time you change role/race in the campaign. The video at the end of Frozen Throne is one of the best things I have ever seen in video games, was not exactly a intro at that moment, but it could be easily used as intro for WoW next expansion.

MGS2+3, anything Blizzard, Full Throttle, Grim Fandango... But they were already told... As far as I've played that'd be it... Maybe Final Fantasy 8 too.
Others mentioned Dawn of War and Battlezone (though they did not mention Battlezone 2, which was also good). I fully agree on both, and I'd like to add Spellforce (the original).
I just watched it on youtube. Fuck me, those are the most incredible graphics I've ever seen. How on earth they get it so realistic is mind blowing and the lighting and colours in it are breathtaking. That is hollywood blockbuster cinematics to perfection. The actual gameplay looked a bit meh.
Bioshock looks amazing too, I still need to play that game. Anyway, here are my other favourites. Two letters .. id.
