Hi all Smile

I have a monitor that goes to 1680x1050 resolution but i can only play at 1280x960 resolution?
Is there a fix for this?

As Glottis suggested at Mercinaries 2 thread in PC Games section, create custom 16:9 resolution aka 1680x945. In order for it to work flat panel scaling must be disabled. In nVIDIA control panel -> Display -> Change flat panel scaling -> "When using a resolution lower than my display's native resolution..." option must be set to "Do not scale".

Game will run with a little black bars at top & bottom. Basically, in this mode your panel runs at maximum native resolution and your card centers image by adding empty black void to the sides of image. Your eyes don't suffer from the blurriness of not maximum native resolution, BUT all the black pixels at black void DO SUFFER as they don't have fellow color girl & boy pixels nearby to party with. In a long run, they are forced to inbreeding, sad Sad

ATI cards should have similar option in their control panel thingy, I think.
