Well, got home from the hospital yesterday beacuse i got heartsack/muscle inflammation one day after i got home from mallorca.. It sucked being at the hospital and being monitered 24/7. Altough i know its for the best it still sucks being able to do jack shit.
So now i can't do any physical training or anything physical straining in TWO MONTHS!
It sucks so hard! All my plans are gone now. :/
EDIT: Btw, and it feels like im gonna get a heart attack any minute all the time.. -_-'
And my chest hurts from time to time. ;O

How does one get that inflammation? It's it random or is there a known cause? Sounds awful...

One way to get it is to train when u got a cold for example.

I need some1 to find anything about having sex with the diagnos i got.
It serious feels like my heart is about to explode or im just imaging things.

And id suggest not having sex as sex is strenus on the heart. you dont want to have a heart attack just for a little pussy. its not worth it. wait till the doc says your ok then go and fuck your brains out.

You have to talk to your doctor about that. Don't rely on what other people tell you who don't really know. You don't even know if what you are reading in google is correct.
Your doctor has your ECG's and ultasounds, other diagnostic tests. Ask him.
