Wanted to share my CRAP situation.... Cause it's something to bitch about but i don't like to share this with to many people.
Since a couple of days ago i'm officially bankrupt.... FFS
My wholesale company went bankrupt because of 2 complete idiots ( i almost would put my gaspedal down if i would see them in front of my headlights )
And now i'm private also broke and declared bankrupt.
I bet i had in the last couple of months even less money then a homeless would have.
Life really sucks from time to time !!!
And my next couple of years will definitly suck !!!!
Fast forward please !!!!!!

So why didn't you remove the idiots before this happened? I hope things get better for you however no one deserves to be in that position.

The one idiot was my supplier for 3 years and he costed me a fortune in the last 6 months, with just being a selfish idiot ! I took a lawyer cause i was in my right but i couldnt afford an abroad UK courtcase ( Fucking expensive )
The other idiot i , former friend, i had to put in jail after he lost his mind and saw big money in me. So after breaking in my house he smashed around with a hammer about 80 times. 4 times my tv .... my denon stereo .. computer .. .all windows .. floor .. just everything. Stole 2000 Euro , my ipod and my N95. After that he tried to blackmail me and threatend to kill me. Police even found guns in his house. Next week to court again.
So.... i did what i could... somethimes just nothing helps

Still you did something wrong. Have a few different suppliers and not just one? Best friends also don't go smashing into a house for no reason either. Maybe he feels like he got fucked around too. Big ego fight?
I think I read that 50% of business fail within 2 yrs. I hope your personal assets are protected.

Are you personally bankrupt because of a business going insolvent or are the two unrelated? It doesn't cost much to set up a plc to keep personal and business assets separate.

I am not sure about the rest of the world but here you have to have a reg. company and you do business under that.

Normally they were unrelated but i had to take a private loan for the company and couldnt pay myself out for a month or 6...
the other guy was a friend but not related to the company and i didnt do any harm to him.
he just snapped....

The start of this story was 6 months ago...
It takes 3 months not paying when they will disconnect your internet... And guess what....they did
I had no internet for 3 months and since 1 week i get government money till i'm done with the courtcases so i can get a job again. With this money (whats only 780 euro) i have to live each month from now on.
One positive thing on the whole story, before i got bankrupt i had a provider where i still had a contract for 9 months with a 8mbit connection for 47.95 E per month. They cancelled my contract for not paying and it gave me a big fine but hey ... who cares... i'm bankrupt anyway.
My new provider has a 20 Mbit connection for only 19.95 Euro.
