Think that was true only when I was hitting one of them. If I missed they were all over me. But not sure, have to pay more attention next time.
3 ghouls killed me pretty fast in the crypt, as I have no silver sword. No battery of healing potions ala every other RGP to drink up like nothing happened (which is kinda nice). Have a love/hate releationship with no damage bars on opponents. Good that they are not there as it's more realistic, but bad when you don't know if the monster/dude is going to die soon, so you don't have to drink up expensive liquids.

Excuse me, but which game are you playing ?
The monsters do have health bars, the circle in their feet ...
You do have health potions, Swallow, although they are kinda rare and slow-acting (I run around avoiding damage to give it time to work)
The game is easy on medium difficulty, you have to try to get killed, use Aard for some nice one-shot kills.
EDIT: Just remembered there is another potion which replenishes the health instantly, don't remember the name.

Swallow don't need to be rare. Buy the ingrediant books, run around and Ctrl click(or maybe it's shift click, for autoloot) on every plant / monster corpse you come across. You will be able to make tons of swallow in no time like that. Also you can put one potion in a slot of your equipment to be able to drink it without having to open your inventory(it shows up on the left hand side of the interface). I recommend putting swallow there. Later on better armor gives you more slots. I don't think you get the recipe for the instant heal potion until the end of Act 2, so wouldn't really help him now.

I don't know the English name, but in Polish it is called "Dekokt Raffarda Białego", it is the one that Spoiler: | Vesemir tries to use on Leo at the beginning of the game but he can't find it | . It should be something like "White Raffard's Potion" or sth, don't really know.

well i dont see how asking for a group name or info is against the site rules as i wasnt asking for a link or a file, but meh - doesnt matter.
i dont do p2p
i have searched... hell even the nfo specs on THIS SITE says: UNLEASHED 64x15 MB
which is 960 mb... and no, thats not enough for a dvd. regardless, that release i DO have anyway, and it only contains the 2 music cds... and one of those cds has a buggered cue file (as the post further up the page says) - the release is screwy, has ANYONE found a release that DOES contain the making-of dvd?

Hmm, have to look at their feet tonight then I remembered wondering when I killed one and it had a quarter bar left in the circle that what could that mean. Again was paying more attention to the mouse cursor and circle not being empty when he died threw me off.
Yes I have punch of Swallow, have used only one Have a habit of saving better stuff for bad situations and been eating some food for now to keep me alive. Meant those insta healths. guess it's good that they come in later, when monsters are probably bigger.
Only 6 hours gameplay so far, haven't picked up everything yet. Funny to thing that Crysis: Warhead would be already over

Is anyone who played the original replaying it again? I just got past the sewers part before the game made me fall asleep, is it worth to play through again?

I played the original 3 times for different endings, I'm playing it 4th time now with EE and it amazes me how good it still is. I mean- I know all the quests, all the endings, but I just love the game. But if you can get your hands on the books, they are 10000000x better.

I'm replaying the game for the 2nd time ... it's a LOT of hours long, haha, a true rpg !
And quest/dialog/action-packed, no artificial lengthening of the game with lond dungeon crawling, like other games.
EDIT: The new inventory is VERY much improved

It was too much of a grind to make me want to play it through again. It's a good game, but I wouldn't play it again - the story isn't interesting once you know how it ends.
I also think fisk should be unbanned.
