Im starting to get it, it's the German version that went gold not the English version. This is kinda like The postal movie the got out in Germany.
Germany 14 March 2008 (DVD premiere)
USA 26 August 2008 (DVD premiere)
And it's not even German actors (except mr boll).

nope. Only english release date is in november...german date is still 2nd of october. Has the same crappy securom online activation..hope it will be leaked soon then.

Did the english PC release date get pushed back further away from the last week of september?
Is there any other release coming out before the US release that will use the english language, such as a UK version?

It's on the official forums somewhere but from how I understood it the UK publisher choose to delay the game for some reason and the US publisher also delayed it for some reason but the other European (Germany/France)/American (Canada?)/Other (Asia/Australia) editions should be fine.
(Most of them anyway, Sweden for example is also affected by this it seems so most stores show late November as the release date here.)

the non ce textures are no were near low-res. See it like crysis there very high was only for dx10. Sure it look nice but do you really need it then the game look almost as good on high.

The problem is that buyers of the regular version are 2nd class customers...as they get lower res. textures. No matter if they are looking "good enough"... I think the content of the game should be the same for all customers... not like "hey look at my screenshots..i spent $20 more and my textures are fucking amazing...take this you cheap ass". I can't understand why they have a 2 class society...
They started by using this crappy online activation shit and telling everyone how their securom is soo much better and more customer friendly than any other securom *lol* and now they rape those cheap ass customers....just like ... hey for $50 you only get 50% of the game and for $100 you get 100% ....
if they had a good marketing dept. they would add free bonuses for all customers and even offer coupons etc. - but this is just ridiculous. I also gave them a bad rating on amazon for their copy protection shit.
