Get a addon called BuffThrotle from curse gaming. It slows down refreshing of buff in the interface party windows. It makes playing scenarios smothe and sieges are playable with it. Tested it with many of my guildies all got good results. (set it to 3 seconds= best results so far)

Hehe, I've stzrted over like three times due to that issue (low pop servers). Now I have my little warrior priest to level 12 on axe bite pass so that I can kill old guildies from wow.

Kamel, I'd say come roll on my server order side, but I'm thinking that the order pop would be too HIGH for you. The RVR is having T3s pop instantly, T2 seems pretty popular too. If you could powerlevel to 11 fast, you could RVR all the way to 20.

Praag, Open RVR, US.
Name is as you'd expect it.

When I preordered I received a headstart key before the release that included access to the headstart as well as my bonus items.
So I'd expect the collector's edition items to be bound to the collector's edition key and not a seperate one.

Yeah they are, should have probably done some research before buying.. I guess my characters are not that high level yet, I just don't feel like doing the starting tier again.. I've done it about 5 times now on different chars!
Hopefully I can get my chars moved or my keys swapped out!

Im confused... you should have been able to redeem that CE key in your existing account... i had a head start key for the regular edition because Gamestop gave me the wrong pre-order package.
I didn't get the CE card with the CE code on it.
Anyway, I simply entered the code in my CE box in my existing account and that gave me all the stuff i was supposed to get for buying a CE.
I think i am not understanding what you have done or what is happening with your account.

I have a registered SE account. I have bought a CE box. Adding the CE key to my current account would mean I had 2 full codes on one account, which is totally pointless and an utter waste. I want to simply add the items to my current account, then create a new game account without any of the special items (to give to a friend).
Anyway, the WAR support team emailed me back after about an hour to say its been mentioned before and that they're going to do something to sort it out soon.

Seriously, the PVP grind is so much fun in this game. Tor Anroc pops every time I finish a game, I'm playing with a perma group pretty much, you can basically level doing nothing but turn in the 2 pvp quests and win games... which order does a lot of my server.
I guess we just know the strats better or something because ours pops more than destruction does so we can roll them really fast. Good times

Because everyone is playing Destruction, so hopeless unbalanced.
Switch to order and help balance things out. Get into scenarios quick and no more queues.

Fucking ridiculous, do any of the US servers have a ridiculous and pathetic queue time similar to this one? Because this is insane.
Honestly, an hour, I could actually accept, I could just watch a tv show or something. But 3 fucking hours, it's just stupid for crying out loud. Who in their right fucking mind would wait 3 hours to enter a game?
Fucking horrible, well, at least we don't have to wait if we crash, wish that'd work for getting logged when being afk as well...
EPIC failure.
Current position: 597 of 791
Estimated Remaining: 2h 14min 55s
+ My afk script is on (pressing my jump button every few minutes...)
That's right, the queues made me do a bot (although, obviously, not really a bot as in, leveling bot, but a bot that automates something while I'm not there), fucking failure. No wonder half the guild I'm in isn't online, they're all in the fucking queue. |
Not saying they dont exist on US servers, but I have never been in a que that long and I am on one of the busiest servers. The longest que I was ever entered in was 40 minutes. But, i didn't wait. Went to bed instead. usually it is like 10 minutes or so.
I dunno what we can expect them to do about que times. I am sure they tested the servers and know what they can handle. If they went above that and it caused horrble lag all the time... people would bitch about that too.
Have they not done server splits (clones) for you guys yet?

so how's crafting in this one? i read there were no recipes for stuff like in wow but that the item to be generated would be chosen randomly?
i'm kinda disappointed that you can't make weapons and armor (sry if that's old news to all of ya, my interest in WAR only came around the last 2 weeks ^^)
i remember playing an blacksmith dwarf (cliché alarm...) in UO. my god roleplaying was so much fun back then - before everybody just thought about griding their char to the max lvl...
propably, i was just lucky in UO about that ^^ (or i just played with the right people ^^)
and anybody care to elaborate what's the difference between core and open-rvr servers?
any of you guys into rp? (yeah, i've asked that before but haven't gotten that many answers...)

I usually enjoy crafting. It is very simplistic in this game and was obviously thrown in... needs some improving. But in all honesty? I don't miss it a bit. Im too busy fighting. I get good loot from RVR, PVP, and PQ's. But crafting is there if anyone wnats to do it. I can't comment much on it because I havent done it much.
Open RVR, from my understanding, means you are always flagged for PVP vs the other realms. In core rules, you don't always stay flagged for pvp. Also, in core rules. . . you can't enter the lower tiers and fight pvp. If you attempt it, you turn into an easily killable chicken. In open RVR I believe you can travel 2 tiers below your current and fight. Someone will have to correct me if I am wrong. But that is how I understand it.

I'm happy about it, but I'm not happy having to recreate my lvl19 marauder. That's why I'm so bitchy right now. |
The characters are cloned too though? So.. yeah.. confused about what the issue is! |
Yeah, the problem is that the guild I'm in decided to stay on Eight Peaks after the cloning, because the clone was practically empty, but all of a sudden, today, the queues went crazy, as you can understand from my other post. And thus, we decided to ditch it, but I made my marauder on Eight Peaks after the cloning, when our guild had decided to stay on Eight Peaks. Thus, I now have to remake it.
I still have my Shaman though, and that is my main. But still. |
what level is your shaman?

in Open RVR you can enter the tier below, if you enter 2 tiers below, you run around as a chicken (anywhere). i.e. max level for tier 1 is 21, for tier 2 its 32 , tier 3 its 40.
