Filefront has a Stalker Clear Sky section which includes a Sleeping Bag mod: it's a little buggy, but I've been told it works. Try it out...
I tried it, loaded my save game and I have no sleeping bag, get tired, can't sleep, blurred vision continuously, no traders have a sleeping bag to sell me
This patch is shit they need to fix the faction wars especially in garbage and the flash drives info that goes missing when one person, that's not even marked as important, gets killed.

Ok fixed my missing sleeping bag problem, added a sleeping bag into the inventory of the barmen by replacing vodka with matras, so now I bought one from him, in case anyone else needs one as well here's the file http://www.zshare.net/download/19482840025cd67f/

This is designed for Windows XP using DX9 settings and using the latest 1.5.04 patch, however may still
work with DX10 Vista users and earlier patches, BUT NOT TESTED.
When I first played S.T.A.L.K.E.R ClearSky, I found the visuals amazing, but some of the new graphics features
such as Depth of Field / Distance Blur to be a little conservative, so these have been tweaked to look more like Gothic 3.
Three variation have been included- High, Medium and Low.
This 'mod' is a simple 'user.lxt file' that adusts visual settings to enhance lighting and DOF to make the game appear clearer without affecting frame-rates, which I'm sure you would all like to hang on to! Strictly speaking its not a 'mod', more 'tweaked settings' to get the best visual impact.
This mod should give-
* Brighter clearer lighting and darker shadows, and includes sun-shafts/ 'god rays'.
* Better depth of field Blur
* Better FRAMERATES as compared to Enhanced Full Dynamic lighting at 'High' preset (about 15fps more- see the screen shots!)

Do whatever you want but remember to credit modders for their hard work.
Follow the railroad seen during the intro movie, it's at the top of the map near the Agroprom facility entrance, turn left and follow it to the broken bridge via the water but watch out for radiation, under the bridge you should see two train cars and a somewhat hidden tunnel, inside that tunnel you should see a mattress, press "F" or whatever you have bound the use key to in order to highlight nearby items until the detector's name appear, it's a high-grade Veles detector - best one in the game, grab it and then equip it to find a hidden "Gravi" artifact near the bucket and shovel placed near one of the walls in the cave, worth 12.000 RU but also increases max weight capacity by 20KG but increases radiation by three so another artifact or three Jellyfish artifacts that remove radiation is required in order for it to be safely equipped.

I believe that artifact is just another one of many bugs, it allows you to carry more but if you try to run with it your stamina will deplete instantly like you are overweight even tough you are not, so it's useless.
I keep crashing every time i switch map since I installed a weight mod (only thing installed besides S.H.A.R.P.E.R) and I've tried editing the weight values myself to no avail. HALP! Anyone know what to do?

Yes garbage is fubar. Other annoyance I can't switch different ammo types on my shotgun, on my ak94 the ammo left is displayed incorrectly, I have flash drives but no one to give them too, it's a god damn sea of bugs.

u can switch ammo types on the shotgun but u have to bring up the inventory and unload it first.

I'm pretty sure it's a bug not realism it should work the same way as a machine gun or a pistol, you press Y or whatever he takes the shells out for you and puts in a different type, it's still realistic and you can do it in the heat of battle, this way different ammo types are useless for the shotgun I only carry one type.
