ofc its locked, it was released in the US first. Thats what i've been saying. Almost EVERY single game that gets released in the US before the rest is locked. Too bad its not the same the other way around

Sucks, Europe has to wait until November, honestly I don't get why games have to be region locked on the 360, the PS3 doesn't have this issue.

try dragging and dropping the iso on the exe, or maybe open it with notepad and paste the results, but I doubt it would rearly work other wise every site would have it, also the xex has to be resigned correctly to even boot on a non dev kit xbox 360.
