anyone on vista what is your default public folder structure?
C:\Users\Public ..what other dir in there?
i've deleted these long time ago and now this game is giving a csidl_common_documents error
you can still continue to the install selection where it'll tell you there is not enough space to install no matter what you uncheck
the fix is to recreate all the public folder crap from a google search - doesn't go more specific....

@ OnBoard
Before you know it, you'll be gaining level after level. Also, give priority to the first upgrades of the main attributes, they give a lot of bonuses ! You should also forge a better stell sword, you'll get a better silver sword from a quest and also a very good and cool-looking leather armor !!!
Soon you'll be improving so much, you'll be feeling sorry for the enemies ! Also, better to use Swallow, since it lasts a long time. You can save up on ingredients that way (just run around avoiding the enemies to give it time to work if you're low)
Also, the Igni sign deals a lot of damage if you invest some points there, and it hurts all enemies in front and side of you. Wooosh !!!

As soon as you get your first silvers spend them on the first upgrades of the main attributes, hell of an improvement !
Also, you can get some XP (not much) from the boxing and card questlines and of course the hunting quests (although I sometimes miss 1 or 2 of them in each chapter, some monsters are kinda rare and boring to look for)
And do as many quests as you can before leaving vizima for the first time.
Goddammit, this game pwns so hard, but I finished the new stories today and uninstalled. Oh, well, what to do ... all good things come to an end.

Ya no kidding, I remember why I originally stopped playing. God forbid theres the slightest bit of free roam, fucking maze after maze that you can't see the fucking boundries so you constantly lock yourself in or have to spend 20 minutes figuring out how to get on the other side of that invisible wall which really is a pile or fucking twigs.

set your lighting to "low" seems to cure it, but it makes the game not look as nice as it should, supposedly they "are working on a fix"....atm the only way round it is set your ligting to low in the advanced settings

Thanks man, I was just looking @ the official forums and they suggested the same.
I can't believe how such an obvious and major bug made it to the shelves though...
