The graphic screen initializes and I get a mouse cursor, then just get dumped back to desktop.
Anyone else have this issue ?
Can anyone verify it actually works, since no one has even started a thread for the release in the PC Games Arena.
I easily meet all minimum/recommended system requirements, and already tried updating my video drivers, same result.

Same here, running xp pro - game dumps me to desktop.
Tried it on the wife's vista machine, and the game runs a treat.
Might be something to do with Shader 3 [my graphics card don't support it] - only a guess tho, I'm no techie.

Hmmm, I dual boot Vista ... I'll give it a try.
I have the exact same setup XP Pro and my Radeon X850 doesnt support Shader 3 either, but the system requirements dont specify it (below), and it is supposed to work on XP.
System Requirements :
* OS: Windows XP/VISTA
* Processor: Pentium IV 1.3 GHz or better
* Memory: 1 GB
* Hard Drive: 2 GB Free
* Video Memory: DirectX Compatible with 128 MB
* Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
* DirectX: 9.0c
* Keyboard & Mouse
* DVD Rom Drive
Thx for the feedback. Has anyone got this to work on XP ??

yes , and don't bother this game is the worst buggzilla game ever , glitches everywhere , missing text or missing voice , crappy camera control , clipping issues like you can get stuck on a invisible wall and only reload rescues you , its like they didn't beta tested it properly , and to add the story is crap also (treasure hidden in a grave sounds ok but later its something else and it more crappier) after chapter 4 (old mine) i stopped playing ... and the best thing is all screenshots from the main site are renders the in-game looks completely different , it looks like a ps2 game
part 1 was funny "3 Skulls of the Toltecs" , part 2 "Wanted" aka "Westerner" was even funnier but now part 3 is so bugged the fun is gone ... after 3 days fighting the bugs i said fuck it and deleted it from my HDD
