on another forum, someone said Microsoft.Windows.XP.Professional.Student.Edition. SP3.Integrated-ETH0 is beta (ie7, wmp etc). any truth to that?

Gonna try that one, nonetheless.
I have the ZWTISO one, but when I try to update it asks me to run the Genuine Windows Validation thingie, which doesn't pass.

any Student.Edition will pass

Ok, changed the key to the ETH0 Student Edition one, everything up and running.

You know, now that I think about it, IE 6 was installed. Maybe it is beta? I have been running it for 2 weeks w/o issues. But why would IE 6 be included in SP3 release?

its not beta.. ie7 and wmp is not included in the release. ETHO took xp sp2 and intergrated sp3 so that it installs with xp instead of adding it afterwards

Does that connection limit deal only affect things like emule and bit torrents?? I only ask because I dont use any of them and Id obviously want to leave it be if im un-affected.. I do use newsgroups, but that wouldnt be affected would it? I dont suppose there is a list of stuff that this connection limit affects is there?

whats everyone talking about? everything is running perfectly fine for me and yeah i can def see a performance boost.. its ment to be around 10% ive been using various SP3 versions for over a month and no problems. best version to get would be Microsoft Windows XP Professional Student Edition SP3 Integrated-ETH0
