What pains me is we are missing out om some updates on the games... Like Fallout 3 is definitely gearing up for some heavy patching.

can't you just sneak online for a quick update and then log off and unplug again? or does the banhammer hit that quickly?

yeah, I've been keeping mine unplugged from the net unless I'm checking for game updates and I don't burn anything without making sure all the stealth shit is OK ... so hopefully it keeps working.

word
it amazes me how ppl afraid of the ban, just get 2nd console unhacked for live content like demos or games that u actually enjoy to play on-line [originals of course] or u can get 2nd drive and patch it with same key and swap them in between if u want to purchase stuff from marketplace this way u get to keep everything on one console, but of course some mods will be involved but anyone with a half brain can extend power and sata cable

some ppl don't really realise how much 1 original game actually costs, coz they just got used to get everything for free from the web
but i'm not surprised some actually ppl bitch about losing verb over some game they don't like
too words GET A JOB, any part time job of couple of hours a week will get u pack of verbs a week and i doubt one can use so much [i'm refering do underaged/teens who still live with their parents or ppl who depend from them]

would that actualy work? i remember something of a "homecalling" feature on the 360. like media data inserted is saved and later on send. your idea is to play online with the unmodded drive, play offline modded. wouldnt that lead to a ban? (assuming that ban waves are coming again..)
