Well being in the US I would prefer to buy the game before the end of 2008. I might simply not be able to afford it next year....might cost $500 for a game thanks to the coming hyperinflation..... Razz Very Happy Sad

u are just an idiot or u are really playing this game? i have tested all cracks and i confirm that all cracks for now are all not totally working. all stop working before to start the 14 level. like the first mass effect reloaded crack broken to the galaxy map also here there are many bugs that don't let to continue into the game to finish it with a not legal copy cause of a broken crack

Just now played the demo - all I can say is that the game feels "uninspired".

Pros
---------
Slick graphics.
Interesting classes at first glance

Cons
---------
The combat feels slow and clunky.
There aren't enough combat arts to keep it interesting (5 per "tree" x 3 "trees" makes for a grand total of 15 - simply not enough).
Bland combat arts.
The voice acting is laughable. Why even bother spending money for that quality of work? Put it in development instead.

I got the same vibe off of this game as I did the original - poor Diablo 2 ripoff with nice visuals.
Shame, I'm bored and was hoping this would keep me occupied Sad

If you think the animations suck, patch the game.

As far as combat arts being bland or not enough of them, keep in mind you can alter them. When you have your CA's pulled up on the screen, you'll notice a small tab on the far right of the screen, which will show you where you can alter them, pretty neat actually.

Developers have a interesting sense of humor or perhaps it's just a bit remaining from Sacred 2 but after browsing trough "s2logic.dll" I found several commands like "cheatGodMode" and "cheatXP" (Among several others, easy to search for.)

However just like in Sacred accessing the console requires a password (The command "Sys Cheat" followed by the password itself.)

There are some commands that can be used without it but not much, there's also a command called "unlock" but I don't know what that'll do, perhaps it's the code used for registering the carrier imp?

EDIT: Oh yeah I just remembered a minor problem with this, bunny suit.
(Those who used the console in Sacred probably know what I mean.)

How can WoW influence your opinion about Sacred 2? One is an mmo, the other is an action-rpg / hack-n-slash Smile

dunno might be that when was 1st sacred out there was no better rpg out (only Gothic was better Smile )

Haha the bunny suit I almost forgot about that. I also remember trying to hex edit myself some extra cash, only to see it most likely would make your character explode. And the hidden pac man cave was awesome.

I can't wait for Sacred 2, to look for those hidden little surprises =P

There's nothing wrong with the voice acting and combat is just fine on my retail patched version. All in all a great game, worth every dime Smile

Sorta solved the elite texture pack issue, it's either a cache problem or a engine issue as the previous missing textures doesn't seem to do all that much. (Most of them have that _sg extension but I can't figure out what they are meant to do, still the patch added a bit over 10 textures not available in the elite texture pack so perhaps a few textures were missing as well.)

Anyway using the console I discovered that "Sys Flush" (And "Sys Flush_RT") can be used to empty the cachce and this solved any problem with the texture pack, including missing graphics and crashes, has to be entered a few times though as you need to re-use the command as soon as you notice any problems, currently going trough the options file in the "Documents and Settings" (XP.) or "User" folder (Vista.) and there are some settings related to memory management but I'm not totally sure how they work yet, need to experiment more.

As for the bunny suit using cheats in Sacred gave your character a bunny head complete with ears though in Sacred 2 I'm more interesting in unlocking the full console than the actual cheats but as I said you need some sort of password for it.
