Game is great, I'm addicted, I have 3 characters, so far my favorite (although I haven't played the other 2 characters much) is the inquisitor.

Start a character as him and read over the CA's

I agree this game looks awesome. Even more so when you go in a cave with a lighted weapon. Shadow casting galore. Laughing

As epsilon said, english release is in the US now from Gogamer.com

I for one will vouch for their service, their customer support is snappy quick, shipping is awesome as long as you don't do the dirt cheap service (it's dirt cheap for a reason, someitmes a week to ship) and I've ordered a lot of PC games from them, it's the only place i buy em.....including sacred 2, which im clicking the buy button after i hit post reply Razz

They also like to give you odd prices especially for new games, they take off about 5 dollars sometimes if not more, so by the time shipping is added in, your not paying too far over the amount of the retail price

Want to know this as well, what I have heard is that there is big lobby servers (in game) there you can meet like in a mmo and go around and trade and then if you wanna play you can take some of those you meet in to a game.

Really like that the game is pretty easy to modify, sure there are several hardcoded variables as well but as long as you take regular backups of the files and are careful you can do quite a few things.

Ruleset and such is in /Scripts/Server/Balance.txt for example and I managed to mod the hairstyle of the three female classes to their second set plus remove the starting wings for the Seraphim (model only.) and also remove the Shadow warriors tattered robe.

Obviously using modified files won't work in Multiplayer but it's pretty interesting to test in Singleplayer.

Does anyone know how to make the font more readable? I'm playing on a 19" monitor and its still hard to read, especially the in-game chat.

There's two font files in the "Sacred2InstallFolder\locale\LANGUAGE" folder
(de_de for the German version, Eng_UK for the UK version and so on.) I guess replacing those would change the font. Smile

Could also extract the /Pak/Skin-xml.zip file and alter the UI itself but that would be a bit more difficult to do.

Btw, does anyone else also have problems connecting to eu.sacred2.net? I cant join either the closed or open lobby, wth?

there is also not a proper crack for the other languages so no release out yet. only broken .dll workarounds and scene don't go to release this crap. RLD or VTY must work enough for this Wink

So that's how you change hair color and perhaps style (There's two hair models for each female character.), interesting, wouldn't surprise me if this was something basic explained in the manual as well.
(There's actually one in PDF format included in the locale/de_de/ folder but it's localized so I haven't read it that much.)

two worlds don't haved a securom with DRM. this kind of securom online can't be keygenned. it's not like mass effect or spore. alone in the dark or bioshock don't have a keygen so it's not possible for sacred 2 also. RLD or VTY could make a crack if they would but without a keygen anyway

Not much to go on, not a official group either based on the NFO (And I haven't heard the group name before either.) so it's probably a "homemade" version. (Usenet or P2P, perhaps some private site.)

EDIT: Googling part of the name in the link above shows that this might be a usenet release.

Ah I see, to be honest I'm not that good with these various release groups but that's the first time I heard of this "Warg" one, interesting.

EDIT: Seems I've missed a few things.
