I'm not sure what it means either, but im not banned on Live and i'd like to keep it that way. Is this safe to play offline (game would obviously still be added to my gamercard) is all i want to know.

IXtreme 1.3 was reporting wrong values . Thats what the jitter disc fix was
Kreon Bug never existed , Unfortunately This really wasn't reported on
