Those next slots are for level 2,3, etc.. spells. Once you've unlocked them you hold down B till you have selected your desired spell/level.
For Level 1 spells you simply have to hold down right trigger and select them manually to switch ( or through the menu ).

I'm using benq with no issues, granted the drive is spinning loud and all the time.
Edit:
What speed did you use for firmware? I went with the 12x

I just like to sidetrack to find treasures and dungeons, bad thing though is most of the dungeons i found had absolutely NO enemies or were locked. I also didnt find any random encounters with the enemies, it seems like they are only where you need to go which is kind of lame imo as i want to powerlevel a bit.
Love the companion dog, very useful, finds shit load of digging sites (not a lot of treasures though), though the dog's animation are pretty horrible, especially when he jumps down from something, its like he gets stuck in one animation until he lands.
Played the blacksmith mini game and got enough money to buy the best sword he had to offer for 4k (-25% discount).
Also got sidetracked into a graveryard in the first city and found a few good treasures, but again no enemies at all, would have loved to fight some ghouls or ghosts or at least something there instead of just looking for treasure. |
I bet something happens where all these areas start becoming infested with baddies. Just a guess though.

Wives cost money, just like in real life . The empty areas are quest related, it'll be populated when you get the quest. You can fast-travel to regions or close to quests btw, saves time.
Just got the first hero, and I feel like I'm just starting to get into the game. I hope I'm not mistaken, a game ending just when you think it's all starting up isn't that uncommon.
Animations, esp the dogs are a bit screwed up yes, but I don't really care. What does bother me is the blur. Never been a graphics person, I almost always play on medium on PC due to HW, but the blur here really bugs me. Fable 2 is clearly not the most technically outstanding game.
I like the magic, it's great. Inferno is brilliant.
Did anyone buy property yet? Does it work well? I need a constant stream of money really.

Does this SS fix do anything to fix the fact that it was a Kreon rip? or should we wait for a better release?

Yes but without the bad kreon rip
and for those who wants to fix the Wii360 release, grab this

Would like to hear experiences about this, as well: It's mentioned in the loading screen hints that your property generates property even when you aren't playing the game (like every 5 minutes, eh?), how does that work? And more importantly, can I set the 360 system clock three years forward and collect millions in profit?
Checking the property buy sign I can't see estimated profit generated anywhere - can you see this anywhere once you buy the property? |

Here`s a major, and an easy way of getting all the money you ever wanted, in less then 1-2 hours of work.
First, you have to have enough money to buy your first shop, the more money you have to buy a shop, the more you`ll be making.
Once you start making money, every 5 minutes, you`ll get let`s say 50$. Now, here`s the trick, save your game and go change your date of your Xbox 360. Change it to two months from today. Launch back Fable 2, if you where making 50$ per 5 minutes, you will now have 5000$ ! Just like that! The next step is easy, you have to invest your money into shops/houses. Under 30 minutes of doing this date changing back and forth, I'm making 3 000$ per 5 minutes, or 300 000$ when I do the date change
Have fun !!

you have to make a system link for co-op or have a second pad , for XBL co-op you get it after a patch that will be released in december
