So I have a new car, got it 3 months ago (2006 Pontiac G6 GT)
Stayed the night with my GF and when I woke up I had a tickle in my throat, thinking my throat was just dry, couple hours later I felt it crawling into my sinus's so im thinking fuck, here it goes. I get sick maybe once a year, and when I do, it's an all out kick to the face.
So now I got the flu, fever smacking my face around, had to go to work for 12 hours.
So I go to the store to get medicine while im at work to keep me somewhat functional, come to a stop light, the guy behind me decides to look out the window he shouldn't looking at and rams into my ass. Tires screeching and everything. The can of half empty soda I had in my cup holder made it's way up to my windshield it got jerked so hard. Front of his car looked like shit but didn't do a god damn thing to the back of mine.
So I get home, get a hold of car insurance etc, and notice my neck is starting to get stiff so I'm thinking fucking great, so much for making it to work. Got into the chiropractor and he felt some bad muscles in my neck, know what he does? Hooks me up to this electroshock therapy machine.
You know how fucking bad ass those things are? I want one in my house. I want to get hurt more often just so I can use that damn thing. It...fucking...rocks...
So ya, bad flu, car accident, some whiplash....great fucking day....
made better by electroshock therapy

Anyway, Spyke do you know how much each Chiro session costs? I know the other parties insurance is covering it so you probably have no idea.

Eh, the guys been our family chiro for over 10 years so if I wanted to just pay cash he'd only charge me like 50 bucks or something. I have my own health insurance so whatever. Not a big deal.

its cool that you went to a chiropractitioner, because if you really had whiplash, then it might help alot in avoiding really intense headaches. Hope you ll be fine =)
and more people should be getting zapped on this forum, hahahahaha

I'm glad I went right after, I woke up today and one side of my neck was throbbing to the point where I felt like I was going to throw up. Couldn't imagine what it would have been like had I not went. |

Sorry to hear about your accident. I am not sure what this electroshock therapy machine is? Does it send signels to you muscles causing them to build up and heal faster?

They send little shocks to make your muscles contract to simulate getting a massage but their supposed to penetrate into the muscle

I had a friend who had that. I tried it, it was pretty cool. I kinda wanted one. I think it was in the Life story of Bruse Lee movie they showed a clip where he was doing his pecks with it? There was another movie also, It was a scene they showed as a preview as few times. It was a comedy, they hooked it up to her face and her face did all sort of weird things. It is going to drive me nuts now becaue I can't remember. (Jone someone)

They had a scene like that in "Accepted". I do think I know what movie your talking about. Now I can't think of it either....damnit jackie! |
