the series died a long time ago that's the tomb raider I remember

imho crystal dynamics was the best thing that could have happened to the series. tomb raider 1-6 were a steaming pos, but i really enjoyed legend and anniversary. rockstar actually did the same thing with gta4 where they promised additional content for the x360, and i couldn't care less as long as the bonus content wasn't originally part of the game and they just cut it short for the other systems.

just tried the demo on the 360, and if the game is optimized and as smooth as the x360 on PC, then it's a winner.

i see it the same way. Didnt really like any of the other lara crofts really (well, the first one was okay'ish). But legend and anniversary really rocked  |

I played the original, the second and the demo of the third on the PC. Never liked the controls. The new ones are much better.

whats with the oldschool-attitude? Dont you know that half of the nforce are old farts by now?
never had a playstation but i played it at a friends place, who loved the games, and subsequently tried em on the pc. Never really liked em then and have tried every single one that was released. And as i said, legend and anniversary are really awesome and i cant even say, what makes the difference... |

Controls and camera were horrendous on the original trilogy. Gameplay wasn't that fun as a consequence.
