Definitely a better game than C&c3 that one was a flop, it's kinda fun having a teammate you can order around too, I like those question marks that give you descriptions about every unit nice old-fashioned touch, secondary fire, or 'F' key, is cool as well can give you more strategic options, graphics are nice, not bad so far.

theres no fucking section to add blocked apps in vista firewall, how fucking retarded is this...
by default everything should be blocked and it asks you if you want to add an app to exceptions (allow it) when you first launch it
never did this with red alert 3 and its not in exceptions either, yet it's still allowed safe passage throughout teh intratubes
so anyone has managed to block RA3.exe with vista firewall?

add 127.0.0.1 servserv.generals.ea.com in hosts file

damn i forgot about the hosts file, ty!
i don't remember the last time i needed to modify it, but in this game it's nagging to update all the time
so done.

just to let u know the 1.03 crack works the only problem is that sometimes the blinking cursor disappears but it dosent happen that often

the crack is not for 1.03 , its still the 1.00 exe, therefor even "patched" you still play 1.00

Think about it, extract the singleplayer maps and put them into MP map folder, start a mp game and play some custom ones ...

u cannot play the singleplayer campaign in coop without a legal copy with a key. there is no lan coop in this game. someone would make a workaround replacing the singleplayer maps into the LAN network folder but it's just a bullshit. u need anyway a game account to gamespy to play
