Are we playing the same game? This game looks better than cod4 imo (well, not much..but still better) - and It runs just as smooth as cod4 on all my pcs.

Totally agree with Anthirs.. I thought cod4 was rubbish compared to the other games, and this is just as good as cod:aa, cod:uo and cod2...

yeah, what kind of complaint is that?
that's like saying... warcraft 3 sucks because you can skip levels with a cheat!
it's just a gimmick to add some replay value and fun.

I don't know where AntonVeen is coming from, the game looks good (not amazing, but it does look good); although the sounds are indeed a bit weak.
CoD4 was decent enough to play through, but that's where it ended for me. This one brings back the greatness that was CoD2 in MP; the SP is a little standard, but there's only so much you can do with the WW2 theme, and the SP isn't what makes the game anyway. For the first time in years, I've found a shooter I actually enjoy playing online (apart from Quake Live that is). Complaining about death cards is nonsense, the game doesn't make you use them if you don't want to. Although some stuff in the 'normal' MP is a bit silly, most of the perks actually make sense and make the game quite a lot of fun 
I like it, finally a good game (one of three, yay) in the pile of junk we've had this year

I can understand when people scream for realism, i dont search realism i want recreational fun...
If u want realism sign up for military duty and go to afghanistan or where ever..
Its supposed to be fun not ultra realistic. Think about troop movement, oh yea that'll be a hoot playing..
Sitting down back of a truck for hours chatting about "my wife/gf gonna give me sumsum when i get home"...

Is it the private server fix ? or ? (but that is a fixed executable for CoDWaWmp.exe and doesn't CoDWaW.exe get loaded for multi ?)
I want to play the co-op in a lan (with no internet) , we used the keygen to get unique keys , but we still get the error that we are using the same cd keys...

I agree , if you want realism sing up for Iraq or Afganistan , you dont have to be american to do that , they recruit all over the world.
People who screaming for "realism" never serve army in their life ,not even in piece time , cause they will know how "realistic" short burst from AK-47 sounds like , and that "realistic" sound would make you crazy after one hour.
Not to mention to see other "realistic beauty" of war such as step on the land mine , screaming for help ...
I saw that shit "realistic" here in Croatia back in 1995 and I would never wish to anyone that kind of "realism"

Great game...almost as good as CoD4. Only cons are that the sound is too low and the guns sound like bb guns.
There is this little annoyance with water also--->

I got nvidia gfx card and doesnt have any glitches.. prolly ati driver problem.. try download 3rd party drivers like omega or ngo drivers.. they usually do the trick.. and they are optimised for performance and really takes care of lagg etc..

And serious  @ the BS that is (or rather was) Omega Drivers.  Another goes to all the kiddies that feel cool and hip by recommending that shit.
