Well, from what my friends tell me, it's a lot like Vice City. Feels good, plays well, has a good storyline behind it and it's just awesome fun 
The "theme" of San Andreas I didn't like either, but the game itself was quite fine. Lots of things to do besides/instead of/after the missions, and every vehicle really felt different. It was just way over the top on the gangsta crap  |
well, i kinda liked the gangsta-feel. But somehow how the story was tied together with the missions and whatnot turned me off. I mean, driving around on bikes and having to go to a gym and shit? It kinda felt weak in many different respects to me... |

You're crazy, the bike(s) were absolutely the best vehicle in the game, loved how you could control it. Overall S.A was a much better game than IV, the missions were more fun/varied + the map is much, much more varied in SA. I dont care much for gansta and hip hop, but it was an incredible game anyways..

You're crazy, the bike(s) were absolutely the best vehicle in the game, loved how you could control it. SA was good, but in no way was it better than IV. The physics alone make the game fun enough to play without any missions, I tried SA the other day and all the death animations / lame physics put me right off.

it's not really fair to compare them side by side today, but compared to how it felt when it was new - SA wins hands down, no contest.

GTA IV had me addicted and I've hated everyone since GTA2 back in the day. The story line was really well done but the only thing I can't stand about this game is the fucking calling on the cell phone every 5 minutes to go get a burger with your retarded cousin or other friends. It's almost like they wanted to make a GTA for women.

ya pretty much, dressing up Niko was retarded too with little to know options. I've been wearing the same suit since I got it. The whole cellphone aspect could have been done so much better too. A lot of the mission story dialogue is on cell phones and if oyu happen to get out of a car or something while on the phone you hang up. And you either have to wait forever for them to call you back or the story continues and you'll just miss the whole conversation. So if your phone ever rings, just sit still. |

i dont see a problem with people asking on a games message board about features of a game in a thread related to said game. Mocking a user by asking him where he searches for his answers takes more effort in writing than just answering the question usually too (if it is an obvious one).
