a good intro to shrooms can be found on mushmush.nl, or you can try googling a cached version of fanaticus.
the basic idea is to use vermiculite and brown rice flour to make these cakes and put them in mason jars with 4 holes in the lids. the jars are sealed and boiled for an hour or more to sterilize them. after they cool, you inject spores in the jars thru the holes. white mycelium covers the cakes over about 15 days maybe more. then the cakes are dumped outside the jars into a fishtank with vermiculite on the floor. space them about a foot apart. then put plexi glass at a 45 degree angle over the cakes and spray daily to keep moisture in there.... blah theres more to it then that. but thats the idea. psilocybin is easy as hell, as long as you have a clean room

That's the good thing about Holland...here you can buy simple homegrow kits for shrooms! Just give it water every day and you'll get about 50 grams out of it.
