MS created this loser to communicate as an insider to what is going on. Lotta dopes have fallen for this gimmick but it was a good advertising move for MS really.

I understand many of u are pissed because of the ban, but think rationally. We all willingly violated the terms by hacking the 360 and using it to play pirated games. We should all be glad that, that is the extent to which MS will pursue this issue. Were it like the RIAA or MPAA, we would all have been served and asked to pay unreasonable amounts in fine.

Major Nelson is just made up by MS for customer relations. He wasn't an actual person. They hired some idiot to play the role as an insider.
