Well, I finished the game in around a good 8 hours. It's the first TR I finished since the first one, so I guess that means it scored with me.

Just finished the game earlier and I enjoyed it immensely. The whole Norse mythology thing was actually pretty good (perhaps I'm biased with einherjer blood in my veins), and wielding  Spoiler: | Thor's Hammer |
was amazingly fun. It had some slight annoyances with certain camera angles, Lara got stuck or started to tap dance in corners and similar things, but overall it was a nice surprise from a series I didn't really believe in since Tomb Raider 3.

Guys i need some help at the arctic sea level.
| Spoiler: | i have found 3 gems to open the drawbridge ( the 2 in the side towers and 1 left on the floor right next to one of the stones i have to activate.. where is the last one and how can i get it if it's somewhere hidden |

Nm guys found it and for those with a similar prob :
| Spoiler: | the last crystal/stone is on the middle tower and the entrance to that is from the left one as you look at the drawbridge. It's a pretty big hallway underwater as you enter the mentioned tower. |

You need to do multiple jumps, then some climbing on rocks and jump to the right side and some rock climbing again.
After that it's simple. |

A swedish site reports that Eidos have asked british reviewers who give this game less than 8/10 to wait with their review until 1 week after the release to give the game a boost in sales.
shitloads of new stuff in my pc. Cant keep track of it all.

Well tbh if they give this game less than 8/10 they will do it only cause they don't like the genre and/or are biased vs the series. I never was a huge TR fan since all those silly jumps made me furious but this game is extremely fulfilling. Each time you pass a frustrating spot you get the feeling of achievement.It also has the eye candy to close the circle of this experience.I enjoyed it a lot.It wasn't too big but kept me going.

"Each time you pass a frustrating spot you get the feeling of achievement" I agree with you lordanton. Personally, I only finished TR1, Legend and Anniversary and was bored half way through TR2... Only tried the others for like 15min but this one deserves an 8/10, dunno what some reviewers are smoking.
Kane & Lynch was indeed crap though, but tbh, I NEVER was disappointed by any Crystal Dynamics game, Pandemonium FTW

I guess that's why we shouldn't really trust any review anyway (except for NFS Undercover  ... When they think a game is good, it's your choice now to judge if it's indeed good, very good or actually bad. I guess it's the case for TRU, some people like it, some don't, although on nforce it seems pretty much everyone who played it enjoyed it.

Reviews are for stupid. imho you can conclude by yourself if game is for you just by reading some forums.
And I love this one, just past second ship level and still fun as hell. Levels and puzzles are great. Only thing that is bothering me is that Lara is much clumsier than in Legend.
btw, what are relics for in this one?

reviews seem to be bullshit. I dint have any problems with the PC version of the game and everything worked fine. Camera was sometimes weird but manageable.
Hopefully the next Tomb Raider will be even better. The puzzle and platforming part of the game should be taken to the next level. More complex etc.
But still the best tomb raider game for a long time... liked the anniversary to. The legend was to easy.

Shit, stuck in a place where you have to close the statue's mouth to stop this blueish water dropping (it kills you).
I got main artifact inside Thor's chest and dunno how to go up ~.~.
Can someone help?
Other than that, how far in the game am I? How long till I hit ending credits?

Iam stuck in that second ring... dunno where to swing... Iam on top of that big column i moved :s
edit: LOL i managed to go up without using the grapple on the second ring
