So that means if all the checkboxes in mulleter are on it is properly stealth patched?
Or do i need to check other things as well.

But did you play leaked/pre-release games on that 360? My theory is, regardless of whether you were signed in or had a network connection, the actual 360 hardware is recording all SS's, PFI's etc and uploading them the next time you connect. So if you have had a bad disc in that machine, even if you were offline, it's 'tainted' that console.

It´s not just a theory it´s all stored in the nand so play online offline don´t help.So unless someone find a easy way to erase it all keep recorded.

Could it be ur DVD burner and discs that's causing this banning shit?
I use e Pioneer 112-D and burn with verbatim 2.4x discs
I'm not banned

My xbox is banned, I want to buy a new xbox for online gaming and use the full xbox experience with avatar, can I use my HDD with xbox live accout for my new xbox and go online or is my xbox live account also banned?

Yes
I have a banned pal and an unbanned NTSC and I use the same disk in both without trouble with the same acount.
I don't have XNE yet though.

I want to get the new dash but my 360 is banned, I heard the one released a few days ago on ng's didnt allow you to play xvids or mkv's, I wonder if I will eventually be able to get the new dash it the new ver will be released and allows you to play Xvids and MKV's,, anyone have any ideas?

Maybe because marketplace isnt working yet?

They have some problems with marketplace , and they started to "fix" them right after update run to users (couple of hours ago).

Yes you can, if you are reading this forum (and i think you do) you should already find out that many of he's users are banned and playing games offline without problem.
