Same here. Even played Fallout3 scene release when it came out WHILE I was connected to Live. Never had a problem.

I played all the review copy's to, but i was scared and deleted my gamertag and never gone online with that one just in case (gold was expired anyway) and i created a new one. Games before release i am now playing on a offline account to minimize the risk

think it's because you installed nxe before the actual update... Read something about it that they would ban you if they detected you allready had it installed. |

They can't since your console had 3 red lights, it wont play any disc at all.

I did it early this year. Worked like a charm, didn't cost me a dime (well, except the lazy-ass phone service bitch). I got a repaired box with my flashed drive still inside, and a brand new warranty sticker. 
Now that my ass is banned, I hope I won't have to deal with them again...  |

i dont know if I am to be happy or sad. They sent me a new console with HDMI but it has the new Liteon drive. So guess I cant flash it the old way. does anybody know how many rrod boxes can be registered and sent for repair from one Live account?

The bannings seem to have stopped or has everyone on here been banned already? Thanks for the tip about abgx360, amazing how many of the recent releases needed patching, would have banned my new console in record time otherwise...

I can only register 5 to an account, I had to make another dummy account for my other xboxes.
