How do you play splitscreen? Tried yesterday; go into SP campaign, options "enable splitscreen" game then tells me iv got to go back to the menu. I do... and I load again, no splitscreen :\ tried with and without 2 profiles logged in.

Log in one user normaly. Then in title menu player two press start on his/hers controller and log in as a guest.
the versus mode has got to be some of the funnest stuff i have played online in ages. just decided to give it a try late sat night and that's all i've done since.
if you hook up with some people who are interested in working together, you will certainly have a blast. i never got into CSS so maybe that's why this appeals to me so much.
I found this cool little thing when going through the achievements:
Zombie Genocidest (20) Kill 53,595 Infected
I immediately recognized the number (and the name of the achievement).
That's because Dead Rising has this achievement
Zombie Genocider (20) Defeat 53,594 zombies.
I thought that was awesome
Hehe yep just like the "Seriously" jokes goin' around.
GoW had a Seriously achievement to make 10,000 kills.
Game came out with No, Seriously to get 10,001 kills.
Battlefield: Bad Company had one I think like Seriously?! for 10,002 kills.
Then GoW2 trumped them all with Seriously 2.0 100,000 kills.
Good lord, Expert is NASTY. Anyone manage to get through it yet?
Yep most of the chapters but the finale of each part is a real bitch, one time i got so close with the rooftop rescue by helicopter all my teammates were down as i was running and shooting with my auto shotgun and made a jump to the chopper as there were like 50-100 zombies trying to get me and a hunter pinned me down 1 meter before the chopper, lol. Gotta love it.
We do ok until the tanks show up, then we fall apart, especially if some straggling zombies are around messing you up while you're trying to deal with the tank.

In expert just set the tank on fire and avoid him while shooting if possible, he'll die eventually and you shoot the zombie horde first, then comes the tank and you only have to deal with him.
The tank dies so fast vs the auto shotgun. One full clip (10 shots) into him close range and hes practically finished. Just wait till hes distracted, like pounding a teammate on the ground for instance. If you can manage to set him on fire and you have that gun he is incredibly easy. Of course on expert nothing is easy, but still the best weapon vs the tank is that auto shotgun, you just have to know when to charge him and pump him full of lead.
Well, he kills people in like 2 hits when they're on the ground on expert. Is it just me or does the health of tanks vary quite a bit? Sometimes tanks feel like they can take hundreds of bullets along with a molotov, while other times it feels like you take him down in 10 seconds.

I was discussing the very same thing a couple of days ago, while playing a session.
It feels like the damage they can take varies alot? Also a friend said something along the line that if one stands still the tanks don´t attack? Tried it only once, but then it did not work. Lol.
If you go into the safe room and stand right at the door, he can't hit you and he won't break the door down. Pretty cheap way to kill a tank, but useful in expert.
