I still find that with all the releases, except Vengance, that Dr. Mossman still does not go into the elevator and you have to do a quick save and reload. Is emporio going to fix that?

I completed the game with Emporio's release w/ necessary fixes and didn't encounter that bug or any other bugs at all. By the way, HL2DM works just fine with update6 at the moment even though Steam updated again. It's just a bit laggy at times but otherwise refreshing deathmatch experience for a change..
