kinda both. It s not a direct port, but they dont do games from scratch / zero either (alot of the assets will be the same, but textures and engine should be improved). Google for all the juicy details or read up in this thread, there should be some info in the last ten pages somewhere imho

You answered your own question, it's a 9.2GB iso file.
What it contains though is hard to say, it might be something you don't expect - or it might be something you do expect, if you generally tend to open non scene release that gets released on torrent networks many days before the official release.
So go ahead, download it and fire up your favorite movie player.
