Why is Steam unlocking the game at 7PM EST on the 2nd? Doesn't make sense, if it comes out on the 2nd why isn't it available....tonight at 12:01PM EST which is Dec 2nd

Because the game is due for release on 3rd Dec 12:00 GMT, EST is 5 hours behind GMT so it = 7pm.

Valve doesn't really control when games unlock, except for their own. I see this all the time with games released on Steam, the publisher want's it to unlock at some ungodly late time in the afternoon for some reason. However games like orange box and left 4 dead most recently, were put out at midnight. Just publishers not really understanding digital distribution.

there is on TPB and D-noid. it wont be that long now until its on private trackers. of course its only a clone witout a crack.
