Fake, because:

- the whole idea of using buttered floor instead of turning on loud music when he sleeps (for example) is stupid
- who'd want to wash a buttered floor multiple times....?
- if I was the roommate I'd kill whoever did it and he sure wouldn't repeat it three times

Anyway, i guess it was like "oh, the stoned kids on the internets loved it so let's shoot ten more identical webisodes"
