Yeah I restarted my game after playing for 1 hour without camera and got it after 5-10 mins. So it is indeed completely random if you even get it lol.

Got the game working fine like this:
Using GTA.4.REAL.PROPER.Crack.ONLY-FCUKTHESCENE and following the instructions, THEN using the 0x0008-crack (just GTAIVGDF.dll & SRmodex.dll, NOT their LaunchGTAIV.exe) worked for me, I've played some missions and havent have any more problems with "drunk-camera" och cars starting by them self or what ever. Definitely playable.

everyone complaining bout no working crack available here - how impatient are you guys??
must be kiddies - otherwise you're able to wait some days or go and buy the shit if you're sooo eager to play it.
what i'm more interested in is the ATi problem!
still no solution to this?
cuz if there's not, many people (including me) will NOT download or buy or whatever this game.
such a shame on R*

What ATI bug?
No issues here with Cat 8.11 and a 4870X2 though I heard proper Crossfire and Crossfire-X (2x X2 cards for example.) has some issues.
Newer drivers should fix that though, both for ATI and NVIDIA and a patch for the game is being worked on from what I've read.

Well there are certain issues with the game though.
Cards with low amount of VRAM will be forced to use lower settings unless overriden via a shortcut to GTA4Launcher.exe but I wouldn't actually recommend it as it'll also create a RSRC10 error eventually and crash (Out of video memory.)
Infact the game uses a ton of memory depending on view distance, texture quality and resolution so no card available on the market today can push every slider to 100%
(Will use about 1400 MB of RAM unless you lower resolution so even X2 cards will crash*)
* - While the X2 has 2GB of DDR5 memory onbard each core only utilizes one GB (Thus the game resource monitor still going red when passing one GB) so it's actually two 4870 1GB cards put together on a single board.
(Marketing bla bla, can't explain exactly how the system works via Crossfire and how both GPU's communicate but 2GB for each core would require 4 GB of onbard RAM and that's just way to expensive at the moment.)
